Teleteller Automated Banking
Automated account information at your fingertips. Call toll-free at 800.835.9680 and select option three (3). You can use TeleTeller to check balances, transaction history, make withdrawals and transfers, and obtain information about checking accounts and loans. If you are ever having difficulty accessing Prime Online or Prime Mobile, you can still use TeleTeller's services until a representative can assist you with your online banking access.
You'll need your Prime Financial account number and personal security number (PSN) to start using TeleTeller. Your default PSN is the last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number. If you were a member of Prime Financial prior to 2017, you may have changed your PSN. If you're unable to remember your PSN, you can call us toll-free during business hours at 800.835.9680 to have it reset.
Entering Dollar Amounts
If you are making a withdrawal or transfer, you will be asked to enter an amount using your phone's number buttons. For withdrawals, the minimum amount is $5.00. To enter a dollar value using your phone's number buttons, you will need to enter both dollars and cents. See below for examples:
