Payment Portal empowers members with a wide variety of loan payment options. You can choose to make a loan payment with a qualifying debit card, credit card, or bank account. There are fees when you make payments via Payment Portal.1

If you would like to make your loan payment directly from a Prime Financial Credit Union account or an account at another financial institution, you can do so for FREE with Prime Online & Mobile in the "Transfers" section - register today!
What is Express Pay?
Express Pay is an option within Payment Portal that allows you to make a payment without creating an account. You will be asked to provide your member number, first and last name, email address, and birthdate to access Express Pay.
CAUTION: Paying debt with a credit card may not be an effective long-term payment solution if you plan to carry a balance. If you are experiencing financial hardship, contact us.

- One-time payments: $10.00 per transaction
- Recurring payments: $2.00 per transaction
