As of June 30th, 2022, Prime Financial CU's "Pay Anyone" technology partner will no longer support person-to-person payments. To ensure Credit Union members enjoy uninterrupted access to person-to-person payment solutions, Prime Financial CU recommends that Members explore new payment solutions. While Zelle® is an independent company not owned by or contracted by Prime Financial CU, the services offered by Zelle® are similar to Pay Anyone and are available to Credit Union Members through the Zelle® app.

Prime Financial CU advises members to exercise caution when sharing sensitive personal information, including debit card and account numbers, with third-party companies. Always read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of any third-party company regarding how your information will be used and stored.

Zelle® is a free app that allows you to instantly send and receive funds from other Zelle users.1

To send and receive funds with Zelle®, both you and your family member or friend must be enrolled with Zelle®. When you enroll with a Prime Financial CU Debit Card, funds sent to you are typically deposited to your checking account within minutes. Best of all, there are no fees for using Zelle®, and, unlike other person-to-person payment services, there are no third-party account balances to manage.
