2017 Annual Meeting

All members are welcome to attend the 93rd Annual Membership Meeting. Member-owners will receive a copy of the Statement of Condition along with last year’s meeting minutes. Light refreshments will be available.

Did you know? Being a part of a not-for-profit cooperative means that you get a say in how the organization is ran by electing or volunteering on the Board of Directors. Voting will take place to fill two (2) seats of the Board of Directors, each for a five (5) year term.

Eligible Voters: Any member in good standing, 18 years old or older, member since December 31, 2016

Eligible Board Candidates: Any member in good standing, 18 years old or older, member since March 31, 2016

The seven (7) member Board of Directors is an elected group of volunteers responsible for overseeing the direction of the credit union in a sound and prudent manner, as well as ensuring long-term goals and the interests of members are served.
