- Why is the Downtown Branch drive-thru only in July?
We need to start moving equipment, furniture, and office supplies. Rather than closing the branch entirely during this transition, we’re keeping the drive-thru open so we can continue to greet and serve members until the move is complete.
- Why is the Downtown Branch closing?
We’re actually just moving a couple miles down the road (2.1 miles to be exact). The Walker’s Point Branch is more convenient to where members live, work and commute. We can’t wait to see you there!
- Where is the new branch?
Our new location is just south of the Allen-Bradley Clock Tower in Walker’s Point.
- When will the new branch open?
Our target opening date is mid-August. Offcial opening dates will be announced via email and statements.
- I take the bus. Will I be able to get to your new branch easily?
Yes, both high-frequency lines 15 and GRE are a 2 block walk from our soon-to-be new location. Both of these lines run from Whitefish Bay/Shorewood through downtown Milwaukee and end in the Airport/South Milwaukee areas. Members coming from the West Milwaukee can use line 56, which has stops less than 1 block from our new branch in either direction.
- Will you be keeping your ATM at 1010 N. Water St.?
Yes. We plan to keep the ATM available in its current location.
